Dennis Graff represents businesses and individuals in handling their business transactions including drafting contracts, real estate and commercial transactions, tax matters, investment matters, trademark and copyright law, entertainment law, and bankruptcies. Fees for these services are on an hourly basis.
Consumer laws provide remedies to consumers against businesses who engage in unlawful, unfair, deceptive, or fraudulent practices including the following actions:
- Unfair Business Practices under Business and Professions Code Section 17200
- Violations of the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (California Civil Code Section 1760)
- Lemon law violations
- Breaches of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, and interference with prospective business or economic advantage
Representation in these matters may be on an hourly or contingency fee basis. We also seek recovery from your legal opponents as well as punitive and other damages under these statutes which provide for these recoveries.
