Products Liability
Products liability is an area of law which holds manufacturers, sellers, and distributors of defective products liable for injuries and damages caused due to the product failure. "Products" are broadly defined and include the following:
- Automobiles and other vehicles including accessories such as tires, seat belts, airbags, and child seats
- Medical devices, Medicare and drugs (See our section on Class Actions and Personal Actions)
- Household appliances, toys, clothing, tobacco, food, and beverages
Since taking on these corporate giants is both costly and requires special expertise, we represent clients in these cases on a contingency fee basis so there is no cost to the client until a recovery is made.
